NACEX offers you free control and access to your delivery proof on our website, once these have been digitised.

Nationwide service exclusive for subscribers using their user name and password.


CUSTOMERS' DELIVERY NOTES

NACEX provides you with administrative control over your own delivery note management, with a nationwide return service offering tracking and exclusive control.
RRP: €1.50 per unit.

In addition, NACEX also provides you with digitisation, visualisation and safekeeping of your delivery notes.
RRP: €0.07/unit.

Certified copy of the customer's own proof of delivery or delivery note.
RRP: €4.90 €/unit.

As an option, we can send you a monthly report in DVD-format with pictures of your proofs of delivery and delivery notes.
RRP: €12.00/unit.


PROXY NOTIFICATION

System that allows one to see the approximate delivery time, via our online shipment tracking and tracing, for better optimization of the addressee?s time.


INFORMATION ALERTS

We have a system for collection, delivery and incident alerts for our customers. This notification may be customised.

Collection Delivery Incident
Pre-alert:
an alert sent to the sender about the schedule and the goods for collection.

E-alert:
a confirmation sent to the customer that the collection has been carried out, with date, time and sender.
Pre-alert:
Notification to the addressee of the estimated date and time of delivery

E-alert:
a delivery confirmation to the customer with date, time and consignee.

E-alert:
an alert to the sender/consignee with the reasons for failure in collection or delivery.

Customers with their own sales networks and/or technical services may have access to use our franchise and platform network as collection/delivery points for goods (PUDO).

- Customer management for collaborators with access to NACEX CARD.

- Online maintenance of the authorised collaborators database.
- Separation by service, area, weight and parcel.
- Invoice broken down by collaborators and departments.
